Burgan Real Estate, the official Brokerage of YSU Athletics, continues its expansion to Build a Better Burgan, this time moving across state lines.  Today, the 45-year-old brokerage, still independently owned by second generation brokers, Patrick Burgan and Sue Filipovich, announced they have acquired their Pennsylvania real estate license.  This feat enables Burgan Real Estate to offer their range of services and expertise now fully to clients in Western Pennsylvania and throughout the entire state.

Burgan Real Estate, the official Brokerage of YSU Athletics, continues its mission to Build a Better Burgan by adding its eighth agent in 2022, this time in that of Brian Decoy.  Brian will not only be focused on buying and selling residential properties for his clients, but will also be assisting with multi-unit procurement, as well as managing of properties through Burgan Property Management.
