Memorial Day is known to mark the start of Summer.  From cookouts and sparklers to pool openings and parades, this day is a day we use to celebrate the start of warmer weather.  But while we take time to enjoy ourselves, we also take a moment to remember why we are able to celebrate and live the lives that we do in our country. We think about what they sacrificed and the choices they made, but few of us really know what goes into their heroism or the roles they play in defending our freedom.  However, Sue Filipovich recently was chosen to experience life in the Air Force and was able to get a first-hand experience as well as newfound appreciation for what the brave men and women in our military do for us.

Let's be honest, real estate sales is not for everyone.  It is very challenging and demanding, both in terms of the hours needed to be successful but also in dealing with people.  Successful real estate agents have to have a special personality that is infectious.  They have to have, "IT."  If you aren't sure about what "IT" is, come and meet Burgan Real Estate's newest member of the Burgan Bunch, Amy Day.

Any exercise is better than any excuse. Sometimes the hardest part about going to exercise is actually going to the facility or the gym.  There are many reasons why you shouldn't do things, but none of them are as good as the one reason you should: to get better.  For 7 years, Rhonda Banjak-Horvath was a real estate agent in the Mahoning Valley but knew she wanted something better.  So she became the latest addition to the Burgan Bunch at Burgan Real Estate, making the third largest real estate company by volume in Mahoning County that much stronger.

Coming off the company's best 1st quarter performance in over 41 years of being the larget, independently owned and operated real estate agency in the Mahoning Valley, Burgan Real Estate held a special awards banquet for their agents and spouses/significant others recognizing members of the Burgan Bunch for their own accomplishments.  Held at Upstairs Lounge in Austintown, this evening of fun and comradery saw several agents receive awards for their outstanding performance in helping make 2017 one of the best years in Burgan's history.
