Some things you are just born with.  There is an inherent drive and appeal inside every one of us to use our talents in a certain career, almost like it was meant to be.  A big influence in that is what we see in our parents and how they go through their careers.  For Jordon Peterson, being a Realtor® is a career that is consistent in his family, which is why joining a family-owned brokerage as the newest real estate agent of Burgan Real Estate was an ideal choice.

Canfield, OH (March 23, 2021) With the start of the NCAA men's and women's basketball tournaments this past week, everyone is in the bracket picking mood. The excitement is highest when a lower seed pulls an upset on a favored opponent, sending shockwaves across the basketball universe as brackets are busted and thrown into trash cans as easy as free throws. However, it is always good to see the favorites, who have put countless number of hours into practicing and earning the trust and favor of their fans, come out on top. The brackets are all set and, if you're like me, after the first two days of the tournament, the only basket I care about is which one to toss my tournament bracket in to.  But the biggest upset in 2021 is not going to happen to your bracket during the tournament.  Instead, it will be in the decision to sell your home without the help of a Realtor®.  The decision to not use a Realtor® has more implications on your path to victory than you think.
