Everything is bigger in Texas.  Bigger hats. Bigger
horses. Bigger trucks. And when it comes to dreams, those are bigger too. For Russell Themar,
the dreams he had when he moved to Springfield as a 13-year-old was bigger than most. After
moving here with his family, his dreams of one day having a successful career with a company
in the Mahoning Valley that dreamed big too finally became a reality. Today, Burgan Real
Estate announced that at just 19 years of age, Russell Themar has become the latest addition to
their team as newest Realtor® in their Burgan Bunch.

"In real estate, it is important to have a good mix of veteran agents and new Realtors® who
bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the team," said Patrick Burgan, co-owner and
broker of Burgan Real Estate.  "The addition of Russell to our team not only adds a driven
individual, but it brings a perspective of the Gen-Z demographic to help us adjust our business

Flipping houses is an art form in and of itself. To be able to see the potential in a home and have the wherewithal to transform houses into a home for
someone else is a great way to help make the lives of everyone, well, better. For Debbie
Skaggs, she has been working with real estate agents as a trusted partner to flip houses for
others to enjoy. After her work has been driving sales in the area, she decided to not just flip a
house, but sell them too so she found her own home to flip her career as the newest member of
Burgan Real Estate.

"Being able to see the potential in a home for sellers and buyers is a special trait," said Patrick
Burgan, co-owner and broker of Burgan Real Estate. "Debbie has been a trusted partner of our
REALTORS® in seeing, fixing, and selling homes that need some TLC. Her special ability to
see the potential in a home for buyers and sellers is what makes her unique and a great
addition to our Burgan Bunch."

Family is everything.  From the tough love to the endless support, with family, anyone can achieve anything.  For over 44 years, Burgan Real Estate has embraced the family part of our company, whether our familial ownership now in its second generation, or the family we've created at work with the Burgan Bunch.  This family atmosphere attracts many agents to a better career and we are excited to announce the addition of our new member to our real estate family, Kristen Mancini.

"Families are all unique and the same is true for ours at Burgan Real Estate.  We are always looking to welcome new family members who share the same beliefs, work ethic, and ideals that we apply our talents to make the lives of our clients better," said Patrick Burgan, co-owner and broker of Burgan Real Estate.  "Though she is a new REALTOR®, Kristen Mancini has already fit into our Burgan Bunch seamlessly and we...

Starting a new job is always intimidating.  From meeting new people and finding the office to learning the company culture and job demands, it can be quite challenging for someone new to the industry to begin.  However, at Burgan Real Estate, new agents are given the same respect, attention, and opportunity to make the lives of our clients better, just as we would a seasoned REALTOR®.  Terra O'Brien found that comfort level in Burgan Real Estate, and we are excited to announce the addition of her to our Burgan Bunch as our newest real estate agent.

A native of Warren, Ohio, O'Brien is a graduate of Warren JFK High School.  She went on to Kent State University and found a career in the transportation industry.  Her skills and abilities, however, were not being leveraged to move her career as quickly as she hoped.  So, she took her talents to the residential real estate world and became th...

While most students get ready for a break from school for Spring Break, we never stop learning, no matter how many years we are out of organized school.  We continually find ways to grow and improve, discovering new things about ourselves and our abilities that help us become better.  For Colleen Richardson, she was one of those teachers who helped students find their potential but, after seeing an opportunity to become better herself, she decided to learn a new trade, becoming a licensed Realtor® and joining the Burgan Bunch as the newest residential real estate agent with Burgan Real Estate.

Richardson, a native of Youngstown, is a graduate of Youngstown Ursuline High School and Youngstown State University, where she earned an undergraduate degree in elementary school education.  She went on to receive two Master's Degrees in Literacy and Educational Leadership from Walden University in Min...
