Gist was born and raised in nearby Akron and attended Youngstown State University to attain his degree in Marketing. Upon graduating, O'Keal began a career as a Property Manager. He later went on to become a Loan Originator, which fueled his passion for real estate. As a student at YSU, he always saw Burgan Real Estate's involvement and new this new endeavor was going to be with them. His energy, passion and love for not only his friends and family, but for YSU
and the Mahoning Valley is a driving force to the positive impact he knows he will have on the clients he serves.
