As the Burgan Real Estate continues to build a better Burgan, they continue to do so by finding passionate individuals with a shared belief in the principles the company was founded upon 45 years ago.  Burgan is excited to announce yet another addition to their Burgan Bunch roster, this time by welcoming Nicholas Seifert to their team.

Seifert, a resident of Poland with his wife, daughter, and son, is moving to a new real estate brokerage.  Prior to earning his REALTORS® license and servicing clients in the Mahoning Valley, Seifert has worked in and continues to work in education, where he helps students become better.  His addition to the Burgan Bunch makes the fifth addition of a new member to the Burgan Bunch in the first five weeks of 2022.

Since the New Year, Burgan Real Estate has added a new agent each week to its agent core.  The 45-year old, independently owned brokerage announced to today the addition of Dominic Giudici to their team of award winning agents.

Burgan Real Estate, the official Brokerage of Youngstown State University Athletics, announced the addition of Anthony Marchionda to its team of award-winning real estate agents.  Marchionda, a native of Poland and graduate of Youngstown State University (YSU), begins his career in real estate with the 45-year old independent brokerage.

It wasn't supposed to be two years. It wasn't supposed to be that you and I would share this
time every other Sunday getting to know one another for the last 24 months. But like any
home transaction, there has to be a closing. There has to be an end.

For the last 24 months, you invited me into your home through The Vindicator and entrusted

Partner of Youngstown State University Athletics, today announced a special promotion for YSU
students where they want to underwrite a lucky student's tuition for a year. The locally,
independently owned real estate company is going to offer students, in attendance. at select
YSU men's and women's home basketball games the opportunity to make a 94-foot putt for a
$10,000 cash prize. In cooperation with YSU Athletics, the Burgan Real Estate "Putt for Tuition
Sweepstakes" will take place during a break at eight select YSU men's and women's home
basketball games this season.
