Great location for an easy commute. This home is on a shared property therefore only 2 vechicles max (no parking on the common circle drive). Thome home looks like a 1.5 to 2 story but both bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and sunroom are all on the main level. Thre is a partial unheated attic for addtional storage. This is an old house with a walk out basement that is not fully dry, however there is a washer down there and an electric plug if you bring your owner dryer. This property is on a well and septic so no water bill but the tenant is responsible maintain the salt level and change filters on the water softener system. The owner has the main area mowed but the area of grass and beds immediately around the home needs to be maintained by the tenants. The owners handle the basic plowing of the shared drive but and addition plowing and the area immediately around the tenants vehicles and walkway is the tenants responsibility.
