This is two sewered lots with public water and public sewer Very hard to find. One lot has camper with addition and other lot has hookups for water, sewer and electric for another camper. I remodeled the entire camper with new waterproof vinyl flooring throughout. I added a storage shed off the back which holds three-250 gallon water totes for winter water making this a year round retreat. Gazebo recently sided and roofed for a nice shady outdoor cooking area. Two 8x10 sheds as well for additonal storage. Lot has new drainage pipes with cleanouts so parking is never an issue. Put up brand new privacy fence this past fall. This really is a ready for your families summer adventures. Can not be used as a personal residence. New owners must pass background and credit checks. $75/per adult. Dues are $1100/year per lot due in full May 1 every year. The Club House has laundry, showers and a full size indoor pool. Playground, dog area and stocked pond for fishing. Golf carts are allowed. Monthly scheduled activities that include; bus trips, bands, pot luck meals, bingo, and holiday-specific such as hayrides and Breakfast with Santa.
