Meet Terra O'Brien

I'm so happy you are here, so let's get acquainted!

My name is Terra O’Brien. I am an old soul born and raised in Warren, Ohio. I found my passion for real estate early on, at the age of five, after experiencing my first (solo) open house next door to my Grandma's house. I was in love.

I graduated from Warren JFK High School, where I was consistently involved in several sports, extracurriculars, community service projects, including service trips to Kentucky and Ecuador. I went on to graduate from Kent State University. I pursued many academic passions across various disciplines, but maintained a focus on community service and business. I ultimately graduated with my Bachelor's in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Communication.

I found a career in Logistics, but I knew I wanted to do something more fulfilling. I am determined to impact others' lives positively. I have always dedicated my time to serving my community and helping others, so why not help them with one of life's more special moments that could use a trusted advisor, confidant, and friend?

I understand that buying and selling can be complex and personal, and I take this responsibility seriously. I want to break it down to the basics! I will listen to you, educate you, and be your loyal advocate. Whether you are listing your home, finding a new one to settle in, or even relocating across the country or globe, it would be an honor and privilege to be there for you!

When I'm not helping clients find or sell their homes, I'm spending time with my family and furbaby, finding something good to eat,  or jamming out to my favorite tunes.
