Meet Alan Friedkin

Alan Friedkin grew up in Youngstown and began in real estate by working in his father’s real estate company. His family owned and managed residential and commercial properties for over 40 years. After his father’s death, Alan decided to move on from residential properties and concentrate on commercial real estate. He sold the residential properties through his use of land contracts and purchase money mortgages that led him to establish Friedkin Realty LLC, a commercial real estate services company. Over the last 30 years, Alan has developed, leased, managed and sold hundreds of thousands of square feet of real estate and brokered the sale of hundreds of businesses in the Mahoning Valley and other areas in Northeastern Ohio.
