Our Company was established in 1977 by John Burgan and Leon Turek. Along with three agents, we opened our doors one month to the day before Youngstown Sheet & Tube (one of our areas leading employers at the time) announced they were closing. Several steel companies followed suit over the next three years. Just as we over came adversity of the late 70's and early 80's, interest rates climbed to an all time high.

Based on the conservative values we inherited and the stability of a stable conservative community, Burgan Real Estate, Ltd. has grown to become one of the leading independent Realtors in the Youngstown Area with two offices, Liberty and Boardman, covering the city and its suburbs.
